At 17, Reverend Sierra Donaven embraced her divine calling, guided by an innate sense of law, order, and service. Her journey began in federal law enforcement and evolved to encompass spiritual ministry and devoted community service.

Initially inspired by the Unity religion, a non-denominational faith, Rev. Sierra formalized her studies in spirituality and metaphysics. She earned her Spiritual Practitioner certification and licensure through the Centers for Spiritual Living. Later, she was ordained in the International Ministry after obtaining her bachelor's degree in metaphysical science from the University of Metaphysics and the University of Sedona. She is advancing her education and working toward a master's degree in the same field.

Following a distinguished career as an ATF agent, Rev. Sierra redirected her focus to spiritual ministry, sharing her message about the transformative power of the mind to create a meaningful life of purpose, joy, and abundance—the GOoD life. In 2018, her journey led to an appointment to the esteemed city council of Grosse Pointe Farms. Subsequently, she was elected in 2021.

Rev. Sierra credits her achievements in all areas of life to fulfilling God’s purpose. She teaches that any measure of "GOoD" one receives is ultimately a gift from God. Reflecting on Psalm 32:8, she draws inspiration from the words, “I have made you to understand and have led you on the way which you shall take; I will follow you with my eyes” (Holy Bible, Ancient Eastern Text).
